What are your ladders and frames made of?

Our ladders and frames are handcrafted from solid Spruce — strong, lightweight, and perfect for styling indoors or out. While MDF is commonly used in mass-produced décor, you won’t find it here. We reserve only the good stuff — like Baltic Birch for our tiles — so every piece is built to last and made to look beautiful, season after season.

Do the tiles come with the ladder or frame?

Yes — when you order a starter bundle.

Our ladder starter bundle includes 3 select tiles, and our frame starter bundle comes with 1 select tile. It's the easiest way to start styling right out of the box. You can always add more tiles to mix, match, and swap with the seasons.

Can your products be used outdoors?

Yes — all of our pieces are designed with outdoor use in mind.

Our ladders and frames are finished with a durable deck stain that includes a weather sealer, making them perfect for porches and covered outdoor spaces.

Our tiles are handcrafted from Baltic Birch and painted with UV-resistant paint, so they stay vibrant and beautiful in seasonal sunlight.

We recommend keeping everything in covered areas to help them last even longer — charm should never be high-maintenance.
