Handmade Porch Decor, Built to Last

Here's exactly what you're bringing home.

Solid pine: Ladders and frames are built from 1.5" × 1.5" pine, then sanded and hand-stained.

Real heft: Our ladder stands 5 feet tall and weighs about 10 pounds. Frames are approximately 13" square and weigh about 3 pounds.

Held securely by magnets: Each tile stays securely in place with magnets, then swaps out in seconds when you're ready for something new.

Hand-painted tiles: Each 10" × 10" tile is laser-cut from 1/4" birch, painted by hand, and UV sealed.

Finished for outdoor display: Ladders and frames are finished with Valspar exterior solid stain and sealer, with UV and mildew resistance.

Easy care: Wipe it down as needed and bring it inside during severe weather.

Handmade Porch Decor, Made by Our Family in Central Florida

Millie & Co. started with Michaela and her mom, Cindie, here in Central Florida, and somewhere along the way it became a full family business without anyone really planning it. Michaela designs every tile, Cindie paints each one by hand, and Michaela's husband James cuts every ladder and frame on the table saw, partly because he doesn't want Michaela losing any fingers. So far, everyone still has all ten.

What is interchangeable porch decor?

Interchangeable porch decor is a display that stays put while the design inside it changes. With Millie & Co., you choose a ladder or a frame, build a collection of hand-painted tiles, and swap them whenever you want, for a holiday, a season, or just because.

What are your ladders and frames made of?

Our ladders and frames are cut from pine, then sanded, hand-stained, and sealed. Our tiles are laser-cut from 1/4" birch and painted by hand. We don't use MDF.

Do the tiles come with the ladder or frame?

Yes, when you order a bundle. The Original Ladder Bundle includes one ladder and three tiles, and the Frame Bundle includes one frame and two tiles. You can add more tiles to your collection anytime.

Can your interchangeable porch decor be used outdoors?

Yes, on a covered porch out of direct sun. Every tile is UV sealed, and our ladders and frames are finished with an exterior stain and sealer, but it's still real wood, so full sun and hard rain will wear on it faster. If a named storm is headed your way, bring it inside.

What's the difference between Shop the Look and Build Your Own Bundle?
