Refund policy


Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Millie & Co. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your non-custom order, you may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

Returns:
- Non-custom items are eligible for returns.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrives damaged.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 5 - 7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
- We accept exchanges for non-custom items.
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different style, please initiate an exchange within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for exchanges.
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will ship the new item to you.

Damaged Items:
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return or exchange for a damaged item, please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Custom Orders:
- We do not accept returns on custom orders.
- Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
