Damaged Items:

Processing Time:
- For all non-ready-made items, please allow one to two weeks for processing from the date of order placement. We meticulously handcraft each item to ensure its quality and uniqueness.
- Orders placed after 5 pm Eastern will be processed on the following business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will also be processed on the next business day.
Ready-to-Ship Items:
- If an item is ready to ship, it will be clearly indicated in the listing description. These items will be processed more quickly to ensure prompt delivery.
Local Pick-Up:
- We are pleased to offer local pick-up to select zip codes within our radius.
- If your shipping address falls within our eligible radius, you will have the option to select local pick-up during checkout. This allows you to conveniently collect your order.
